LANDOLL 2325-5-30 Landoll 2325, purchased new, stored inside when not in season. Owner replaced front blades, bearings and points last fall, estimates a little over 100 acres on them. Available for inspection with an appointment. Buyer is responsible for any shipping or dismantling. Bidding on this item, buyer agrees to all terms and conditions (all sales are final and not contingent on financing. PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF AUCTION ENDING. PAYMENT IS TO BE MADE WITH WIRE TRANSFER OR CERTIFIED CHECKS. EQUIPMENT IS SOLD AS IS NO GUARANTEE OF HOURS, ACREAGE , MILEAGE OR CONDITION. BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO PREVIEW ITEMS. EQUIPMENT NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP WITHIN 7 DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSE UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE. ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO STORAGE FEES OF $25 PER DAY AFTER 20 DAYS.
